Talitha Fosh

Talitha MBACP, FDAP is a member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy and has experience working with addiction, eating disorders and love addiction. She also has experience working with bereavement and adolescents. Talitha implements effective methods to instil self-understanding among those she works with and encourages them to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life situations.

Her first book, Hooked, was published by Watkins in May 2024, and featured a foreword from Adwoa Aboah
