The two-time Irish BBQ champion’s approach to open-fire cooking is informed by his travels through America, and his years spent partaking in competition BBQ. Always pushing himself to learn and adapt, Jim is truly passionate about BBQ. It is this passion that has helped him to amass a following of almost two million people across social media, and form robust, long-lasting partnerships with brands like Twisted, Weber and Kamado Joe.
